SOUND BATH JOURNEY

Tune your energy, calm your mind, relax and rise through sound

Sound Bath Journey with 7 Chakra Bowls + 4 additional bowls & Sacred Instruments with Sansany.

Step into a cocoon of healing vibration in our serene studio space. This immersive sound bath features 7 chakra Tibetan singing bowls, each tuned to align and activate your energy centers from root to crown.

As the soothing tones wash over you, you'll also experience the resonance of other sacred instruments—such as Gong, Sonic Chi Swing Chime, Bamboo Wind Chime Tingshaw, Bamboo Rain Stick and Tongue Drum—guiding you into deep relaxation and inner balance. This is a meditative, non-touch experience where you simply lie down, receive, and allow the sound to do its gentle work on body, mind, and spirit.

Ideal for stress relief, emotional release, chakra balancing, and resetting your nervous system. No experience needed—just come as you are and let the sound guide you home.

GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION

In this one-and-a-half-hour practice with Michele, you’ll be guided through a balanced combination of gentle movements, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and the exploration of mudras, with each element working together to deepen awareness and calm the mind.

We will move through a series of gentle movements and restorative postures, supported by props to enhance comfort and relaxation. These floor-based movements will help you connect with your body, allowing you to tune into its sensations and flow with your breath. 

For the meditation, we will explore subtle energy through guided breathwork (pranayama) and mantra anchored in the philosophy of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra (classical tantra). These practices help you cultivate focus, inner stillness, and clarity, offering tools to deepen your connection with the Self.  Overtime, these practices can help one build a strong subtle body to better walk through the fire of life without burning. 

This practice is accessible to all, whether you're new to yoga or meditation or have been practicing for years, and provides the perfect environment to unwind, reconnect, and feel more at home within.

Classical tantra is a tradition that can be practiced alongside religions. Students are welcome to bring their malas.

FULL MOON MEDITATION & SOUND BATH

​CALM YOUR MIND TO SENSE THE VIBRATIONS - RELEASE, RECHARGE, RENEW

Full moon day! I have heard of this since I was young. The full moon gives light at night separate from sunlight. During the full moon, we were happy to be able to see the road clearly when there was no electricity in the village.  Elders often made jokes about someone being crazy or acting unusual because of the full moon.  The moon effects our emotions and makes us more clear or aggressive. 
  • In Buddhist tradition, all events or festivals related to the temples will often happen on Buddhist days (full moon and dark moon). All activities will be occupied, but the alms giving ritual in the temples is always a must. Festivals are a time when all people stop working, gather, celebrate together, do activities and make offerings to temples, friends, family and guests.
  • In the movies, we often see humans turned into wolves on a full moon day.

I learned about full moon rituals from a friend from Italy in 2022.  I have attended full moon rituals, and I feel it is very powerful and want to share this with many people. I also want to share my 7 chakra bowls from Nepal.  They are full moon bowls made on a full moon day, which carry lots of energy. I learned sound healing in Nepal in 2024 and want to share this energy with people who cross my path.

ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP - ​​​FOUNDATIONS of YOGA

BUILDING YOUR FOUNDATION

Greetings yogis, we have been happy to welcome complete beginners, novices, and the occasional dabbler into our classes alongside more seasoned practitioners. While we make our best attempt to guide classes that are accessible to all levels, we believe that there's no better way to understand the postures and to learn how to express them through your own bodies than a workshop that takes the time to break down the intricacies of the various postures.

Therefore, we have decided to offer an alignment workshop that will deconstruct the basic postures of the sun salutation. Our intention is to place the knowledge, as well as the muscle memory of what the postures feel like into your body so that you can feel more spacious, grounded, and more confident in your practice.

Sansany will be breaking down the alignment of ado mukha svanasana (downward facing dog), ardha uttanasana (the flat back), bhujangasana (cobra), urdhva mukha svanasana (upward dog), and the warrior postures. This is a great opportunity to learn, get feedback, and to ask the questions that you have had about these different postures.

If you have been attending various classes along your travels, drop in to build a more solid foundation. If you have been practicing for a while and would like to get more detailed feedback from a teacher, drop in to learn more.
