I am originally from Berlin (Germany) and have lived in Vienna (Austria) since November 2016. Since I fell in love with Luang Prabang around 2015, I am happy to stay here 2 month a year since then. In recent years, Luang Prabang has become like a second home for me. I'm excited and so happy to be able to share my passion to yoga with you! In addition to my career as a musical actress, life coach and business administrator, I have trained as a yoga teacher focusing on Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. My previous yoga stations: - several years of regular practice and workshops at Monkey Mind Yoga in Hamburg (Styles: Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti, Yin, Ashtanga) - 200 h Yoga Teacher Training at doctoryoga in Vienna (Style: Vinyasa Flow) - GroovyKids Yoga Teacher Training with Greville Henwood - Yin Yoga Teacher Training with David D. Kim - various workshops and teacher trainings with Anton Jager, Katchie Ananda, Matt Giordano, Claire Missingham and Mark Stephens - new impulses and influences through my travels e.g. Laos, Cambodia, Senegal and various destinations in Europe - several years of self-practice With me you can find everyday yoga philosophy with varied asanas - all with a smile on the lips and always with a small wink. Because humor and curiosity are very important for me in all areas of my life. Of course, that's how I design my yoga classes and workshops.
