TANTRIC SUNSET
Thursday June 18, 6:30PM to 8:30PM at Utopia
30,000 kip (Single)
50,000 kip (Couple)

When it comes to Tantra, there is no shortage of stereotypes and impressions that have mainly been created by mainstream media. Amongst those unfamiliar to Tantra, the practice is often met with both curiosity and suspicion. Outside of its practitioners though, no one really knows what Tantra is, and rightly so as Tantric practices have been passed down from many teachers, with their own set of rituals. In fact, there are so many types of Tantra that it is in fact difficult to identify what the practice really is. In its simplest description, Tantra is a non-dual practice. That is, Tantra sees no separation between the day to day and the divine. It acknowledges both beauty and grotesque, light and dark, ease and unease. On a practical level it teaches us how to let go of our attractions to pleasure and our aversions to pain in our life experiences, seeing it all as one and the same. If we can see the magic in all of our life's experiences, then perhaps we can learn how to dance through the highs and lows of life with curiosity.

Come and join Maria Fonnoll for Tantric Sunset. Maria is a Tantric Facilitator from Colombia. Through this session we will let your body mind and should expand in bliss. We will move the body, still the mind, activate the creative energy within us, transmute this energy, and finally enter in a state of deep meditation. No previous experience is required, so if you feel the call, don't miss it!
