Full Day Yoga and Meditation Workshops
Sunday May 19
10am - 5pm
At the Kiridara Hotel Yoga Shala

Yoga is a 2000 years old system which encompasses all levels of our existence: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. In the course of these two sundays we will define this vast knowledge... and experience it. Theory and practice will alternate.

The main components of Classical Yoga will be presented :
  • The yogic dos and don'ts (the foundation)
  • Asanas (with respective benefits and contra-indications)
  • Pranayamas (control of the life force thru breathing patterns)
  • Kriyas (internal cleansing methods)
  • Nutrition
  • Relaxation
  • Concentration and meditation

The goal of these workshops is not only to impart know-how but the confidence necessary to apply it in a very practical way to our modern busy lives; at our individual level. Each participant will take away easy feasible pratices.
